  • information about how our website is used, where permitted.

We only collect information reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry, provide our products and services, run our business and meet our legal obligations.

Why we use your information

We may use your information to:

process enquiries, quotes and orders; communicate with you about your work; prepare artwork and proofs; manufacture or arrange manufacture of products; take and record payments; arrange delivery or collection; maintain accounting and business records; deal with problems or complaints; prevent fraud and protect our business; and improve our website and services.

Under UK data protection law we need a lawful basis for using personal information. Depending on the circumstances, we generally process information because it is necessary to perform or prepare to enter into a contract with you, because we have a legal obligation, because we have a legitimate business interest, or because you have given consent where consent is required.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

Where necessary, information may be shared with organisations that help us provide our services, such as:

payment providers; couriers; accounting and business software providers; website and hosting providers; IT/email providers; and trusted trade suppliers involved in producing part or all of an order.

We only provide information reasonably necessary for them to perform the relevant service.

Artwork

Artwork uploaded or supplied to us may contain names, photographs, logos or other information.

We use supplied artwork for quoting, preparing and fulfilling the customer's order and related administration.

We do not regard supplying artwork as automatic permission for us to use it publicly for marketing.

How long we keep information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting and business requirements.

Order and financial records may be retained for the periods required by law.

Artwork and production files may be retained to make future repeat orders easier unless there is a reason to delete them sooner.

Marketing

We will not automatically add you to a marketing list simply because you make an enquiry.

Where we send electronic marketing, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and provide a simple way to unsubscribe.
