Standard Turnaround 7-10 Days
Eagl-s Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to goods and services supplied by EAGL-S Embroidery & Print Doncaster, a trading name of Gary Thornton and Sharon Thornton, trading in partnership from Vale Croft, Station Road, Blaxton, Doncaster, DN9 3AA.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. Quotes and orders
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the information supplied to us at the time and may change if the specification, quantity, artwork, garment or other requirements change.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and, where required, payment has been received.
Most work is produced specifically to each customer's requirements. Please check your quotation carefully and tell us about any changes before production begins.

2. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is required in full before production begins.
An order may be delayed if payment, artwork, approval or other information required to complete the work has not been received.

3. Turnaround times
Our standard turnaround is normally 7–10 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround begins once we have everything required to produce the order, including payment, suitable artwork and any necessary artwork approval.
Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless we have specifically agreed a deadline with you in writing.
Some products or specialist processes are produced for us by trusted trade suppliers and may have different lead times.
If you have a fixed deadline, please tell us before placing your order.

4. Artwork
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork of suitable quality for the product being ordered.
We will advise where we identify an obvious problem, but we cannot guarantee that we will identify every spelling, grammatical, design or artwork error.
Where necessary, we may make reasonable adjustments to supplied artwork to make it suitable for production.
Additional artwork or design work may be chargeable. We will advise you of any significant additional charges before carrying out the work.

5. Artwork approval and proofs
Where we provide an artwork proof, production will not normally begin until approval has been received.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the proof carefully, including:
-
spelling, names and contact details;
-
colours where relevant;
-
layout and positioning;
-
sizes and quantities;
-
garment/product details; and
-
any other information shown.
Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for errors that were visible on the approved proof.
If an error is caused by EAGL-S and differs from the approved artwork or agreed specification, we will work with you to put it right.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and may affect the turnaround time.

6. Colour reproduction
We make every reasonable effort to reproduce colours accurately, but exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Colours viewed on a screen may differ from printed or embroidered colours. Different materials, print processes, inks, threads and substrates can also produce variations.
Where colour matching is particularly important, please tell us before ordering.

7. Embroidery
Logos normally need to be digitised into a specialist embroidery file before they can be stitched. A digitising charge may apply to new designs.
Embroidery is produced using thread and therefore cannot reproduce every detail of printed artwork exactly. Very small text, fine lines, gradients and intricate details may need to be adjusted to produce a suitable embroidered result.
Minor variations in positioning can occur because garments are flexible products rather than rigid materials.

8. Garment printing
Different garment decoration methods suit different designs, garments and quantities. These may include DTF, DTG, screen printing and other processes.
We will recommend a suitable process based on the information available to us, but customers should follow any washing and care instructions supplied with their decorated garments.
Normal wear and gradual deterioration through washing and use are not considered manufacturing faults.

9. Customer-supplied garments and items
We are happy to decorate customer-supplied garments and other items where we consider them suitable.
However, embroidery, printing and other decoration methods involve mechanical processes and heat and therefore carry an unavoidable risk of damage.
Customer-supplied items are provided to us at the customer's risk. While we will take reasonable care and use our experience when working with them, we cannot accept responsibility for the replacement value of customer-supplied items where damage occurs as an inherent risk of the agreed decoration process, except where loss or damage results from our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Items supplied must be clean and suitable for the intended process. We reserve the right to refuse dirty, contaminated, damaged or unsuitable items.
Customers should check with the garment or product manufacturer if they are unsure whether an item is suitable for embroidery, printing or heat application.
For larger quantities or unfamiliar products, we may request samples for testing and/or recommend allowing additional items for production wastage.

10. Customer-supplied artwork and intellectual property
By supplying artwork, logos, photographs, designs, fonts or other material to us, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use them for the work requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that producing the requested work does not infringe another person's copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork or content that we reasonably believe may be unlawful or infringe third-party rights.
Supplying artwork to us gives EAGL-S permission to use that artwork only as reasonably necessary to quote for, prepare and produce your order.
We will not treat the supply of artwork as permission to use your design or logo for unrelated marketing purposes.

11. Personalised and custom-made products
Most products supplied by EAGL-S are printed, embroidered, cut, manufactured or otherwise personalised specifically for the customer.
Personalised and custom-made goods generally cannot be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind. This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Once production of personalised goods has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If you wish to cancel an order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Where costs have already been incurred — for example artwork, digitising, ordered-in goods or other work specifically undertaken for the order — these may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

12. Plain, non-personalised goods
Where we supply plain, non-personalised goods to consumers, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights will be honoured.
Returned goods must be handled appropriately and returned in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
For business-to-business purchases, returns of correctly supplied non-faulty goods are at our discretion and may be subject to carriage and supplier restocking charges.

13. Faulty or incorrect goods
Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe we have supplied an incorrect or faulty product.
We may ask for photographs or for the goods to be returned so that we can investigate.
Where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the customer's statutory rights, we will provide the appropriate remedy required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

14. Quantities and sizes
Please check garment sizes carefully before ordering. Sizes can vary between manufacturers and styles.
Where size information is available from the manufacturer, this should be used as a guide.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer where the goods supplied match the order.

15. Delivery
We offer collection from our premises and delivery to many UK destinations.
Delivery dates provided by us or a courier are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied to us is correct.

16. Goods damaged in transit
Please inspect delivered goods as soon as reasonably possible.
If packaging or goods appear damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and notify us promptly so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, make a claim with the courier.
Where possible, record visible damage with the courier at the time of delivery.
Failure to record damage with the driver does not remove any statutory rights you may have, but notifying us quickly and retaining the packaging can make it considerably easier for us to resolve a courier claim.

17. Collection
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection.
Please do not travel to collect an order until we have confirmed that it is ready.

18. Product availability and substitutions
Products and garments are subject to supplier availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may suggest a suitable alternative. We will not substitute a materially different product without agreement.

19. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to resolve it.

20. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For business customers, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses to the extent permitted by law.

21. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
